hikes “off
the beaten track”, visits to sites such
as Jerusalem’s Old City, The Western
Wall Tunnels, Yad Vashem, Masada and the Dead
Sea, the Golan, the Galilee, and the mystical
city of Tzfat.
Taglit-Birthright Israel-Livnot participants will have the opportunity
to meet Israel’s most important resource,
her people. There is no better way to learn
about “Israel Today”. All Taglit-Birthright Israel-Livnot groups are joined by young Israelis
who hike, work, study and live with them,
giving the participants a chance to meet their
peers.
Together, the group will
hear what Judaism has to say about love, sex,
relationships, history and nature, ask questions,
and spend traditional Shabbats in Jerusalem
and Tzfat.
Warning! This program is not for those
who are looking for a party atmosphere.
